I did receive my box in the end, and most of the items matched what was listed, so the site does seem legitimate. That said, the shipping updates were minimal, which was a little frustrating, and customer support took a while to get back to me. Overall, it was a decent experience, just not totally smooth.

I wasn’t expecting anything amazing, but it’s not bad for the money. You get what you need, and for the price, it does the job well

The whole thing felt kind of flimsy right out of the box, and one of the items broke the very first time I used it. I ended up feeling like I’d have to beg just to get a decent product or any kind of help, which left me resentful. Definitely not what I was hoping for...

I tried using the website and it was kind of a pain. The pages took forever to load, and the checkout process was way more confusing than it needed to be. it felt a little ridiculous just trying to place a simple order.

My order was mostly correct, but one thing showed up in a different color than the picture, and the little accessory included wasnt the one listed. Not the end of the world or anything, just kinda irritating when you’re expecting something specific.
Shipping was fine tho, and the main items were all there. I’d probly order again, I just wish they checked the packaging a bit more carefully before sending stuff out.

There’s definitely a lot of gear included, which I appreciate, but I did notice some of it feels repeated. It’s not a huge deal, but it does feel a little lazy when you’re expecting more variety. If something is advertised as having lots of stuff, I think it’s only fair that more of it feels unique.

I opened it up and, sorry, I was disappointed right away. I know not every box is going to blow me away, but this one just felt cheap. The packaging was kind of a mess, and nothing inside really seemed like it was worth what I paid. Maybe other people had a better experience, but I’m just being honest about mine.

Some months are great, but other months feel a bit weak to me. Maybe it’s just my expectations, but I keep wondering if anyone else feels the same way.

Overall I thought it was decent. A few of the items actually fit my gear really well, but some other stuff felt kind of random and not super useful for me. Not bad at all, I just wish the picks were a bit more consistant from month to month.

My orders have shown up when they said they would, and that’s really the main thing I care about. I did have one box come a day late, but the tracking was clear the whole time, so it wasn’t like I was sitting there wondering where it went. Not a huge deal. Right out of the box, my first impression was that this was a solid kit. Most of the parts I got for my AR fit my setup fine and were easy enough to use. There was one item that didn’t really work with what I currently have, so that part ended up not being useful for me. Overall, it’s still a decent box, but I do wish the compatibility details were a little clearer before buying...

I’ve been a TacPack member for a few months now, and it’s been a solid deal for me. The member perks are the part I’ve ended up liking more than I expected, especially the discount codes and getting early access before certain gear sells out.

The giveaways are a nice bonus too, even though I haven’t actually won anything yet. I still check in because it makes the membership feel a little more active, and I like seeing the specific gear they’re putting up each time.
I’m giving it 4 stars because not every item in the box is something I’d personally pick for myself, but that’s kind of the tradeoff with any subscription box. Overall, the perks, early access, and little extras make it worth keeping if you actually use them.

I was expecting to get more practical stuff out of it, but most of the items ended up just sitting in my drawer. A few things were okay, but overall it didn’t really match what I thought I’d be getting.

I had TacPack for a while but ended up canceling because I just wasn’t using the stuff enough. The cancellation did go through, but it took me a bit to figure out where to do it and what steps I needed to follow.. not terrible, just kinda clunky. Customer service did answer and got it handled, so I can’t really complain too much. I just wish the whole process was easier and more obvious. 3 stars feels fair

I placed my order and after that, I barely got any tracking information. The tracking page just sat there with no real updates, so I kept feeling pressured to check it myself over and over. I contacted support, but they weren’t really much help either. It’s frustrating when you’ve already paid and you’re left not knowing where your package is

The price was really straightforward, and there weren’t any weird surprise charges later. My sister and I both appreciated how clear everything was from the start.

My TacPack order did show up on time, so that was good. But... the packaging was not great. The box was crushed on one side and barely taped shut, which had me worried before I even opened it. Most of the items inside were fine, thankfully, but a couple had bent corners and looked like they’d been bouncing around the whole trip. It wasn’t a total disaster or anything, but for a paid box, I really expected it to be packed a little better

I had a question about my order, so I sent them a message and wasn’t expecting much at first. But then they replied way faster than I thought, which was a nice surprise. I was relieved because they actually answered my question instead of sending some generic copy-paste response. There was a small delay with the update email, which was a little frustrating for a minute, but their customer service was friendly and got it sorted out. Overall, I ended up feeling happy with the experience.

I’ve only had my own experience to go off of, but based on what I’ve gotten, Tacpack seems to carry some solid brands. I recognized a few names I already trust, which made the box feel worth it. I wouldn’t mind seeing a bit more variety now and then, but overall I’ve been happy with the stuff they include.
